Terms and Conditions

• Learning Network NZ requires 30 clear working days notice of a cancellation prior to the commencement of an event to allow for a refund.
• An administration charge of $50 per enrolment transaction will apply to any cancellation.
• If you are unable to give such notice you may arrange for another person to attend in your place. Unless such notice is given, full fees are payable and refunds will not be given. However, you can still receive the event documentation where applicable.
• Learning Network NZ reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers and/or vary advertised programmes, prices and venues.
• Should an event fail to attract a required minimum number of participants we reserve the right to cancel it. In this instance, Learning Network NZ will provide a full refund but will not accept responsibility for travel and accommodation costs incurred by participants.
• We strongly advise against booking non-refundable flights; occasionally circumstances beyond our control mean that a course may be cancelled or postponed.

• All prices include GST, are correct at time of printing and subject to change without notice.
  
• All purchases are deemed firm sales unless requested on approval. In this instance, books are provided on a 10 working day right-of-return basis. This should be used carefully and will be strictly adhered to. After 10 days the invoice becomes a firm sale. If you decide to return your selection to us, please respect photocopy laws and ensure it reaches us in a resaleable condition. Please also note that, even though you are returning the books to us, you will still be liable for the cost of freight charged when sending the books out as we are unable to refund freight charges on delivery and returned goods. Until the goods reach us, we cannot be held responsible for any goods which become lost in transit.
  
• Refunds for purchased books will be given at the discretion of company management.
  
• International orders will be subject to a $25 administration charge.
