We all know that it takes so many people working together to make a school run well: students, teachers, support staff, leaders, RTLBs, teacher aides, the principal ...... All of these people are leaders in some way or another - and we have a special focus on building leadership in our early 2010 courses. There's something here for leaders of all types and levels.

Tom is speaking at two breakfasts (Central Auckland 22 Feb and West Auckland 23 Feb), as well as leading a full-day course Leadership for the 21st Century on 24 Feb. For principals and middle leaders of all levels.

Starting March 10 is our popular series Leading a Professional Learning Community; five afternoon sessions over the year for middle leaders of all levels which covers many aspects of the role from gathering data to making PD decisions.

World-leading educator Robin Fogarty returns in March for two courses. Her first, Coaching for Transfer, examines the role of the academic coach and gives practical strategies to use immediately.
