Join a growing network of schools using Curriculum Mapping to meet the Vision and Principles of the New Zealand Curriculum. Learn how to design a future focussed curriculum for the 21st century, tailored to suit all levels of your particular community of learners.

Take this opportunity to review and explore concepts/big ideas, enduring understandings and essential questions that lead to integrated or interdisciplinary curriculum links and enable students to engage in a range of connected and relevant 21st century learning contexts.

As a Curriculum Mapping school you will establish dynamic learning communities that engage in powerful learning conversations. Teams of educators will work together to improve student engagement and performance with the knowledge and skills necessary to become learners for life.

When you leave this one-day course you will have an understanding of the key elements of curriculum mapping and strategies to get started in the mapping process. You will be ready to begin the initial data collection process and establish the map data review and edit cycle that will lead to a continuous review and revision of curriculum, assessment and teaching practice.
