Target Audience: Primary and Secondary Principals and DPs and/or APs with responsibility for Professional Development and/or Curriculum Delivery

What is 'coaching'?
  • Providing effective professional development that shifts the focus from the staffroom to the classroom
  • Teachers working with each other in ongoing professional learning relationships
  • Providing useful feedback and feedforward to teachers
  • Giving teachers support and building their confidence
  • Breaking down the barriers between and within Departments and Syndicates
  • Ensuring deep and sustained learning for teachers
