Module 4: Student Well-being and Equity
In this workshop, we will explore a framework for culturally responsive leadership practices and how to successfully implement these practices. We will also focus on ways to optimise opportunities to put these practices into play, including strategies to enhance cultural understanding, decrease conflict and increase productivity and effectiveness.
Throughout the program participants will complete a cumulative leadership development plan, for which participant guides will be provided for each module, where participants will document insights and identify specific leadership behaviours connected to the learning.
