Noline Skeet

Noline is the director of Branching-Out Consultancy. She has had 27 years experience working in a variety of leadership positions in both high and low decile schools throughout South Auckland. The most recent experience is that of foundation principal of The Gardens School. The school was well known for innovative practices including personalizing student learning and promoting self-responsibility. Noline was director of an effective ICTPD cluster emphasizing learning communities and inquiry learning.

Noline was appointed to TEAM Solutions for 3 years as Adviser to Principals followed by Manager for one year. She had experience working with a variety of schools in strategic planning, self review, principal appraisal, change management, integrated curriculum, BOT training and support for principals.

Noline has worked on MOE advisory groups for, Literacy Task Force, ICT Strategy, and Principal’s Performance Management. Her international studies including two Fellowships were based on ‘Curriculum Leadership’, ‘Professional Learning Communities’ and ‘Adult Collaboration’.
