Nurturing and driving performanceAs leaders, one of our key tasks is to grow people. Through effective feedback, we can create powerful transformation. In this workshop you will learn how to feedback in a way that motivates and drives change and performance. You will explore and experience a dialogic approach to coaching that draws upon data and utilises a mixed-method coaching approach.
