Strategic and systems thinking in actionDefining and developing strategy are key skills in leadership. Doing this in a way that is both collaborative and clear underpins the strategic process. Communication of your collective strategy and systems for keeping this visible throughout are vital to the sustainability of any change initiative.In this workshop you will learn, experience and apply key thinking processes for strategic design. You will learn how to apply a systems-thinking approach to communicate the strategy. You will apply all this learning into an initiative you will be leading.
