PD-OD is essentially a ‘Netflix for Teachers’ with a huge range of videos exploring the essential elements of pedagogy.
It has been developed by James Nottingham, creator of the Learning Pit, and is built on his 30+ years’ teaching and consulting worldwide.
As of Feb 2026, there are 70+ videos in the library, each one running for 5-12mins.
A minimum of 5 new titles are added each month.
By July 2026, there will be 100+ videos together with supporting documents, including summaries, next steps, transcripts, academic references and PLC discussion points.
