- Accelerating team effectiveness: facilitating robust professional conversations to ensure potential issues are raised early and resolved effectively.
- Change leadership: driving organisational effectiveness through continuous improvement; working with resistance to change.
- Strategic planning: aligning day-to-day work with your kura’s vision, values and strategic goals; tracking and monitoring progress towards strategic goals.
- Organisational culture: developing and maintaining an open-to-learning, smart risk-taking culture.
In addition to these core areas, we will also explore a range of ‘productivity hacks’ to help you delegate, seek evidence of your effectiveness, make great decisions, and generally keep all those plates spinning!
