Description

James Nottingham has been a teaching assistant in a deaf school, a teacher in primary and secondary schools, deputy in a middle school, and director of an award-winning, multi-million pound regeneration project in the North East.

Today he is the director of his own company, Sustained Success, supporting schools, businesses and sports teams around the world. He is also co-director of p4c.com, a resource and collaboration site for Philosophy for Children, and author of Challenging Learning, a new book exploring the impact of feedback, attitudes, challenge, thinking and self esteem on the learning process.

He spends half of his working life overseas, so relishes time back home in Northumberland with his wife and 2 young children. He also enjoys learning about wine and golf – not that he knows much about either one (yet).
